Pre-sessional English courses from 4-16 weeks duration featuring visiting external speakers, an introduction to British Culture and a programme of social and cultural activities help students settle in to their new surroundings. English language support is also available to students throughout their studies.
Many of our courses offer opportunities to complete an employer-led project instead of a dissertation. The Keele Internship Scheme is also available for Keele students, graduates and postgraduates. There's also a dedicated careers advisor for international students to help them prepare for their next step. We are committed to providing careers guidance, advice and information to help students achieve their career plans and 96% of our graduates were in a job or further study six months following graduation*. Keele graduates have gone on to work at many organisations including: BBC, Bentley Motors, Google, H&M, Jaguar Land Rover, Lego, Michael Kors, MTV, NHS, Nike UK, Premiership Rugby, Ralph Lauren, Siemens and Sony.

I have enjoyed every single moment at Keele. From the very beginning everything appeared so beautiful and it amazed me how friendly and welcoming people were. That definitely made everything better! The friends I have made here have been my family away from home. I can really say that my time at Keele has been some of the best years of my life so far and I will always be thankful for that.
As the International Students’ Officer within Keele Students’ Union, my main focus is to improve communication, celebrate diversity and encourage inclusion for all Keele students. Supporting international students is my top priority. I aim to make Keele your home away from home. Getting involved in student societies is your first step to expanding your network, and the Keele International Society is a great starting point as you can meet other students from all over the World” My role, and the role of the enture Students’ Union, is designed to support you and to represent you! Remember just because you didn't grow up here, doesn't mean you don’t belong!
