About Singapore Management University (SMU)

Home to around 8,800 undergraduate, postgraduate, executive and professional, full- and part-time students, SMU is comprised of six schools: School of Accountancy, Lee Kong Chian School of Business, School of Economics, School of Information Systems, School of Law, and School of Social Sciences. SMU offers a wide range of bachelors', masters' and PhD degree programmes in the disciplinary areas associated with the six schools, as well as in interdisciplinary combinations of these areas.
SMU has an emphasis on generating rigorous, high-impact, and relevant multi-disciplinary research that addresses Asian issues of global relevance. SMU faculty members collaborate with leading international researchers and universities from USA, Europe, China and India, as well as with partners in the business community and public sector, through its research institutes, centres and labs. Programmes available at SMU
SMU offers rigorous programmes atthe undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels, as well as executive development and continuing education courses for professionals. Undergraduate programmes
As an SMU undergraduate, you get the opportunity to study at one of six distinguished schools: the School of Accountancy, the School of Economics, the School of Information Systems, the School of Law, the School of Social Sciences or the Lee Kong Chian School of Business. All undergraduate programmes offered across the six schools are holistic, creating graduates who are bold, confident, articulate, and ready to take on real-world challenges. Postgraduate programmes
Postgraduate programmes at SMU are split between research and masters structures. Research postgraduate degrees offer a greater level of independence than taught degrees, which are likely to involve a greater number of seminars and contact time with tutors.
Like with undergraduate degrees, at SMU postgraduate degrees can be taken through the School of Accountancy, the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, the School of Economics, the School of Information Systems, the School of Law and the School of Social Sciences. Doctoral courses
