Massachusetts is the oldest state in the nation with a rich history. Massachusetts ensure that all their historic building and sites are well preserved. Massachusetts was one of the first States that the pilgrims immigrated to when they arrived from England. The historic and famous Boston tea party was held in Massachusetts.
There are many significant towns and places of interest to visit in Massachusetts. Possibly the most notable is Salem where the infamous witch trials were held.
Nantucket, Cape cod, Martha's Vineyard are the major tourist spots in Massachusetts, largely because of their beauty.
Boston is the capital of Massachusetts and it is a very metropolitan city but is proud of its historical roots. Boston has traditional pubs and many shop and restaurants that are always bustling. The city of Boston is thriving with culture and fun for everyone. Boston has shopping, hiking, Historic tours and sites, and much more. Popular sports in Massachusetts are baseball, basketball, and Ice Hockey. The games are very intense and the people from Massachusetts are very proud of their sports teams.

Whilst the cost of housing in Massachusetts is quite expensive, it is not impossible to find cheaper accommodation if you shop around or live just outside major cities.
