The Marbella International University Centre (MIUC) offers an international education based on an advanced curriculum, cutting edge technology and a unique living environment.
Well at least that’s what their marketing information says.
In this case, though, they are completely correct.
MIUC provides postgraduate degrees in Business, Marketing, Political Science and Hospitality Management.
With a small intake of students the education provided focuses on individual development giving practical applications of the knowledge learned.
Our recent trip to the University’s inauguration showed us an institution led by world-leading academics on a campus like we have never seen before.
It’s not just the state-of-the-art facilities but also the views. Looking out from the university’s back steps you can see a panoramic view of Marbella out to the beach and the sea. It is stunning and tranquil, a perfect place for reflective thought.
If that’s not enough you can indulge in the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, which you can regularly enjoy because of the region’s 320 days of sun per year.
They have a ‘living as well as learning’ ethos that also delivers a unique set of extracurricular activities and sports that takes advantage of its coastal location – sailing, jet-skiing, diving and wakeboarding are all on offer.
To juxtapose the sun-led activities, because of the close proximity to the mountains skiing and snowboarding are also an option.
Uniquely, MIUC also offers the opportunity to fly a helicopter over the Costa Del Sol. Not many university’s offer that.
MIUC is undoubtedly an interesting new option for international students looking to further their learning overseas and with what is on offer could be one of the best places to take a degree in the world.
