Hydroinformatics
MSc, Postgraduate Diploma and Certificate
The management of water resources is a major theme for the twenty-first century. This MSc programme teaches the theoretical basis for water management, including atmospheric dynamics, coastal ocean flow, and river dynamics, with an emphasis on computation and information-based technologies.
The programme is based in a 5A rated Department of Mathematics, and includes collaboration with the Departments of Computing and Engineering. Applicants should have at least a second-class degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or computing. Scholarships are available on a competitive basis.
