Crops and Soil Systems: Host Defence Mechanisms, Disease Epidemiology, Soil/Plant Interactions, and Organic Systems.

SAC offers taught postgraduate courses in Organic Farming, Business Management (Agriculture), and Applied Poultry Science, as well as the following PgDip/MSc courses run in conjunction with the University of Edinburgh:
Environmental Protection and Management: Postgraduates will be able to combine an understanding of environmental issues with capability in management of natural resources.
Ecological Economics: Students learn about the role that economics can
play in the design and implementation of sustainable policies for ecosystem
management.
SAC is Scotland’s key provider of education and research in subjects relating to the existing and emerging land-based industries.
