Masters Programmes in the School of Business and Management

• MA in International Management
  This one-year full time programme provides an intensive learning experience focusing on international management, cross-national differences and global issues in international business. It will be attractive to a broad range of graduates from a variety of educational, professional and national backgrounds, and will provide a basic understanding of central aspects of international business and management.
• MSc in International Human Resource Management and Employment Relations
  This one-year full time programme offers an intensive course of study in the management of human resources and understanding of employment relations from an international and comparative perspective. It is particularly suited to graduates of any discipline in the social sciences and relevant arts/humanities subjects, who are interested in laying the groundwork for further academic research or pursuing specialised employment in the management of human resources in a globalised environment.
• MSc in International Management with Finance
  This one-year full time programme provides an intensive course in the field of international management with a specialisation in the importance of finance. Requiring less technical pre-requisites than specialist courses in pure finance, it will be attractive to a broad range of graduates who wish to pursue management careers in national and multinational corporations and organisations.
• MSc in International Management and Marketing
  This one-year full time programme provides an intensive course in the field of international management with a specialisation in marketing. It will be attractive to a broad range of graduates who wish to pursue marketing and management careers in national and multinational corporations.
• MSc in Equality and Diversity
  This flexible modular course will provide an opportunity to examine the range of social issues covered by equality and diversity in legislation, governance, the state, the public and private sectors and the voluntary sector.

The School of Business and Management was established in 2002. It is a fast-growing, lively and successful centre for teaching and research, comprising around thirty academic staff. It has a vibrant PhD programme and a range of innovative Masters programmes reflecting the research themes of the School.
