Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Diploma

The Les Roches Post Graduate Diploma offers you a bridge between your current position and a new career in the field of hospitality. Choose this intensive program and you will acquire strategic planning skills and hands-on experience in hospitality management:

• Hotel Operations Management: Food Service, Culinary Arts, Rooms Division, Guest Relations
• Strategic Management: Human Resources, Marketing, Financial Management
• Capstone Events Management Project
• Internship: required for program completion, guarantees access to a first position within the industry, builds the graduates CV and often leads to permanent employment.

Post Graduate Higher Diploma / Professional Higher Diploma

Upon completion of the Post Graduate Diploma, you can take an additional semester that will focus on the human elements of executive management in hospitality. This program extends to:

• Leadership
• Business relationships
• Development of managers and organizational strategy, in both the classroom and workplace.
• Dual degree option: students can obtain the MBA with an additional 6 months of study and thesis project.

If you are new to the hospitality industry and are looking for a career change, then we recommend that you undergo 3 to 6 months of work experience in a hotel or restaurant prior to starting this program. This will help you get acquainted with your newly chosen career path in the hospitality industry and to acquire experience for the theoretical analysis of business scenarios.
