Scholarships and Bursaries

The School of Business and Economics offers a wide range of funding opportunities to assist with tuition fees for postgraduate and English language programmes.

Distinction Scholarships – awards of up to £5,000 for applicants showing exceptional academic and professional potential.

School Bursaries – awards of up to £2,500 with qualifying programmes* for candidates showing good academic performance or requiring special assistance with tuition fees.

Research Scholarships – awards of up to £4,150 for applicants to MRes programmes and the MSc Leadership Studies

Alumni Bursaries – an award of £1,000 for alumni from the Unversity of Exeter.

ESRC Funding – all of our economics and MRes programmes, plus the MSc Leadership Studies qualify for funding by the Economic and Social Research Council (UK/EU applicants only).
