Academic strengths
As a research-led institution, there's a particularly strong focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, quantitative finance and healthcare management. The MSc Finance programme is one of only nine in the UK to have CFA Institute partner status. Graduates can also gain exemption from one specific ACA exam.
The MSc Risk Management and Financial Engineering is a course developed with insight from Standard and Poor's, and the pioneering part-time MSc Actuarial Finance is developed with the help of large actuarial employers, and accredited by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
In addition to this, the School's MBA programmes are accredited by the association of MBAs (AMBA) and EQUIS. The MSc International Health Management and MSc Management programmes also benefit from the School's world class teaching and research in business.
